This Privacy Policy describes how MFI Commercial, LLC (“MFI Commercial,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the MFI CRM application (“MFI CRM”), an internal customer relationship management tool used exclusively by authorized MFI Commercial personnel.

1. Scope

MFI CRM is an internal business application. Access is limited to employees and authorized representatives of MFI Commercial, LLC. This application is not intended for use by the general public.

2. Information We Access

MFI CRM integrates with Google Workspace services (including Gmail) via OAuth 2.0. When you authorize this integration, MFI CRM may access:

  • Your Gmail account (to read, send, or manage emails as part of CRM workflows)
  • Your name and email address associated with your Google account

We do not access any Google data beyond what is necessary to operate the CRM features you have enabled.

3. How We Use Your Information

Information accessed through Google OAuth is used solely to:

  • Enable CRM functionality such as logging communications and managing contacts
  • Support internal business operations of MFI Commercial, LLC

We do not use your data for advertising, analytics sold to third parties, or any purpose outside of internal CRM operations.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or Google account data with any third parties, except as required by law or to operate the application (e.g., cloud hosting providers under confidentiality obligations).

5. Data Retention

Data accessed through Google integrations is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the CRM function for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law.

6. Security

MFI Commercial uses industry-standard security measures to protect data accessed through MFI CRM. Access to the application is restricted to authorized personnel only.

7. Your Rights

Authorized users may revoke Google OAuth access at any time through their Google Account settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions. For any questions regarding your data, contact us at the address below.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date.
