Together, they oversee brokerage operations and transaction execution nationwide, combining disciplined underwriting, market-driven strategy, and hands-on deal management to deliver focused, results-oriented service.

Jim Murillo is the President and Co-Owner of MFI Commercial Real Estate and plays a central role in leading the firm’s Mobile Home Park transaction platform. With more than a decade of experience, Jim has worked alongside MFI’s leadership since the firm’s early days and has been instrumental in building its national presence and deal flow.

Jim specializes in sourcing opportunities, cultivating owner relationships, and bringing transactions to market. He is deeply involved in structuring offers, guiding negotiations, and overseeing the execution of Mobile Home Park deals nationwide. Known for his work ethic and hands-on approach, Jim is consistently engaged in the day-to-day pursuit of opportunities and the successful execution of transactions.

As a principal of the firm, Jim works closely with clients to align strategy with execution, bringing market knowledge, persistence, and deal-driven focus to every transaction. His role spans origination through closing, ensuring that opportunities are pursued aggressively and executed with discipline.

Elan Spreiser

Elan Spreiser serves as a Principal on the M&A advisory platform, responsible for operational oversight, transaction compliance, and execution support across complex middle-market engagements. He brings a multidisciplinary background spanning marketing, technology, finance, and commercial real estate, with a career focused on managing high-stakes transactions and enterprise-level systems.

His experience provides a systems-level perspective on how businesses operate, scale, and prepare for liquidity events.

As a Principal of MFI Commercial, Elan oversees brokerage operations and transaction execution for significant commercial real estate assets nationwide, working regularly with institutional buyers, private equity funds, REITs, and other private and publicly backed investment groups. His role includes managing complex deal structures, coordinating advisors, ensuring regulatory and contractual compliance, and guiding transactions from diligence through closing.

Within the M&A platform, Elan’s focus is governance, compliance, deal coordination, and execution integrity. His background operating businesses, managing risk, and executing large transactions positions him as a trusted counterpart to founders, investors, and advisors navigating sophisticated exits and strategic transactions.

Richard Spreiser

Richard Spreiser is a multi-year CoStar Power Broker and a highly respected leader in Mobile Home Park and RV Park investment sales. With more than a decade of experience, Richard has advised clients across a wide range of transactions, from first-time acquisitions to the growth of large, multi-property portfolios.

As the founder of MFI Commercial Real Estate, Richard helped establish the firm’s reputation for integrity, market knowledge, and results-driven execution.
